Rust Decay based on door usage

Im not sure if this has been mentioned before but I think it would be awesome to possibley combine auto door how it checks if doors are open and it could some how reset a decay timer to let the server know that base has been used lets say it checks every 24 hours and if so start to decay foundations fast this way it would encourage people to come on every day and open a door atleast or raiders could reset it another idea would be if the owner of that building added a deployable or building part on the actual building something where decay would check for activity in the building daily and then start to clean up rather then global decay rates just an idea
