Rust Death notes like H1Z1

Hi,
someone can make a death notes plugin like in the game H1Z1?
picture for example:

that the first note will be this size and the second note will another size (small)
and the third note (the last) will be the smallest.

and then a few seconds later it will disappear.

You can use "Kill Feed", and also I will soon add simple UI Support for DeathNotes.
