Rust Damage Reversal for Admins / Friends

I'm looking for a plugin that can reverse damage another player if they try to attack an admin or friend on the server, the attacking player trying to attack an admin or friend damages them instead or instant kills them as a protection from being killed. I understand that there's is God Mode you can set on Admins and others, but I'd like something where you don't need to set God Mode, or can work in conjunction with God Mode, but protects admin or friend on the server from damage by other players returning that damage at the attacking player if the admin or friend have damage protection from other players on.

Could also have it set to do radiation damage or other damage inflicting statuses for X seconds instead if a player tries to attack admin or whoever has damage protection on, ie; attacking player does 50 dmg = gets 20 radiation dmg for 30 second penalty. Also can have it enabled for sleeper offline players, so if someone attacks a sleeper, it'll inflict damage back at them instead to protect them from being killed while offline.
