Customizing drops for barrels?

    As the title says can someone please teach me how to change the drop item for barrels and multiply them cuz i want rare items to drop in barrels thanks :) and i also wanna multiply scraps so yea :)

    I already tried GatherManager it does not work
    I put in the command gather.rate pickup Scrap 100 but it still gives me one from the barrels and the Box thing
