Rust Customizable light colors

Im looking for a way to change the lights of Lanturns and Ceiling Lights for Owners/Admins/Mods.

If it could be set up I would like it to use the permission system as follows:

ColorLights.ColorAdmin
- Able to set the color for admin bases in config file (Purple on default?)
-- Chat command while looking at light could be /ColorAdmin

Color Lights.ColorModerator
- Able to set the color for moderator bases in config file (Red on default?)
-- Chat command while looking at light could be /ColorMod

Also looking to possibly set it up so that as an admin you can set the color with chat commands like:
/Color1 (Red)
/Color2 (Blue)
/Color3 (Yellow)
/Color4 (Green)
/Color5 (Orange)
/Color6 (Purple/Pink)
/Color7 (Bright White)


I would like it so be set up so that it would be easy for players to identify Owner/Admin/Moderator bases at night, or identify arenas or special areas.

I think this would work similar to the signs addon where you have to be X distance from the sign and use a chat command to upload an image?
