Solved Custom starting items and blueprints?

    Which plugin do I use, which can have custom starting/spawn items and custom blueprints by default?

    BlueprintManager will work for that, just configure it to do that.

    & custom spawn items? For example, spawn wearing gear and have items in inventory?
    [DOUBLEPOST=1446696793][/DOUBLEPOST]& if I write /bpall will that give all players all bp's perm?
