Rust Custom Spawn Kits / Loadouts

Is there a plugin paid or free, where:

1: you can set what guns you spawn with (battlefield) type, but some guns and items are blacklistable, but you get these weapons every spawn.

or

2: you can buy permission to spawn with certain premade kits, , and once you buy permission you can freely change between them, using server-rewards plugin.

3: or similar to 2nd option, but as play time goes on, you unlock more kits.

may pay to have them, if not already available.

I know how to set custom spawnkits for per group , but how would I allow someone to select what kit they wanna spawn with?

 

The items, or out of a set of kits?

 

either, either a preset kit, or like a specific gun like a m92 or a ak

 

I think he's asking for an option to allow a player to define their own spawn kit while eliminating specific items.

Ex: Player skins weapons and armor and wants to create/amend his individual spawn kit. He types a command that allows him to do so, but other items he's holding (building materials, extra guns, etc) won't be saved to the kit.
