Hello i think for example /playermusic and play music systems possible ?

 

now that the voip is handled server side could someone write a plugin to allow playing of music in game either in a jukebox style or speaker style system for in game if possible - The plugin would need to allow an object to play music without a person being there not just from voip more like like a jukebox in game item (maybe square barricade?) that can play music from a file or files on your server. i want to have a concert and bar in game

i have seen minigame servers have a Bot join inside of a of a wall in the middle of a small mini game map play random music through his voice chat and somehow request songs in chat that works with the bot.

 

Whats the server name i want to see this fun

Is it possible to make a plugin that allows you to put a mp3 file and it can be heard on the server?

im not 100% sure but making a NPC play music is aiming towards FakePlayers and Facepunch Ban Servers Perm with FakePlayers

cuz to make a NPC talk you need to make it look like a player with Voice then you need a plugin/programe triggering custom sounds for u over Voice very complicated but what im trying to say is that this sounds like going towards fakeplayers. even if u not want to. but thats just my thought im could be wrong as wel

 

Prove it.

 

You need to use a fake player and spawn it near the player. That's the only way I know how to do it.

Spawning a fake player doesn't necessarily add to the player list.
