Reign of Kings Custom signs (like Sign Artist for Rust)

I know I have come to the forums here multiple times and asked for things (some hard and some easy), and once again he I am asking for the help of you good people. I would like to start off by saying thank you for all the hard work you put into doing these things.

As for what I am looking for ..

1. (just a question/request)
I would like to make the actual land area (CrownLand) go further out into the water.
To reduce lag on my server I made an arena out in the ocean. The only problem is that I can't crest it, and people tend to break holes in it while fighting in it. I would use something like the exchange plugin, but it is way bigger than 13x13. I know that some people can remove basically everything from the map and build an arena. So basically, is there a way to get my arena crested when it does not even render in if you are on the beach (you have to go about 20 blocks out for it to really render in).

2. (this is the actual request)
I know on Rust there are multiple plugins that allow a person to paste an image on a sign. I am not an artist and can not draw at all. I would love to be able to use a plugin (Like Sign Artist for Rust .. Sign Artist for Rust | Oxide) to just put the pictures there.

Can anyone help me?

Well actually you can "crest" it with a plugin. You can set it that when people are in the arena the damage done to blocks is reduced to zero.

Regarding the signs, I don't think it's possible though I'm not sure. Have never seen anyone actually edit things like that and haven't seen something in the code yet that could do it.
