Universal Custom messages for actions

Would like a custom error return for things like ping detection kicks or whitelist access denied etc. Players usually think something is wrong with the server or their game when they are returned to the menu without any explanation. This would be extremely useful for whitelist servers who can give them a website referral toget whitelisted.
