Solved Custom kick messages

Hey all I what I am looking for is a plugin that changes the server kick messages to the following keep in mind these are the messages the player sees when kicked

and also want some commands to auto-kick players with a message when activated I will explain below.

If possible

Rejecting connection - Steam Auth Timeout

Rejecting connection - Timed Out

Server restarting

------------------------------------------------------Command Kicked Messages------------------------------------------------------
Admin

/ak on -- (AutoKick Turned On)
/ak off -- (AutoKick Turned Off)
/ak set message "This would be the message why they are kicked"
/ak message Displays current set message

then a place in the config to place steamID to be ignored by /ak or just ignore all players with auth level 2

 

I have seen that some rcon admin tools have this feature already, but i still start working on it now
