Not an Issue Cupboards are map-wide

Hey guys,
I am pretty new to the whole "running my own server thing" and I have no idea when, but at some point, I played with some config and now the tool cupboards are server wide. Like 1 person has one, no one else can build. Any idea how to modify that parameter to set it back to original? here is a list of my plugins ( yes I did check the buildingowners but it doesnt have a config.)

Well i m not an oxider but i think the only plugin that can be the reason is buildingowners ... cuz anything else cant be related to the cupboards if im right :/

 

It's what I thought but I didn't make any changes to it and its not like I'm the only one using it :S

 

mh maybe u should try to reboot Server without oxide... Your Problem is really diffrent to others, i never heard about an error like that.

 

He said he already did as i remember but i just think that something changed a Default rust file and maybe he has to reinstall the Server. Because i dont know any command to handle the radius of Cups

if he has already deleted buildingowners.lua the config is not working

ok so, I have no idea what I did, I took the plugins out then re-added them one by one and now it's fixed. I added all of the plugins I had though so It's a bit wierd but thx a lot for the help guys
