Rust Cupboard start protection timed

I would like to request a plugin:

When a player joins and puts down a cupboard a clock starts with a given amount of time where inside the cupboard radius only the player and the building is protected like damage controller, after that the players base is fair game.

Reason:
I have seen way too many players join, spend x amount of hours building and getting trolled just to join the next day and have there base destroyed and or removed by the player that has way to much time. Give players a chance to fight when they join week 2 or 3.
