Solved Cupboard safezone (paid $$$)

Hi, I need on demand (paid) plugin about the cupboard, these are the requirments:

- a player can set up to [n] cupboard in the server (I need as admin to be able to edit the parameter)
- when a player set a cupboard only him (or authorized players) can build (even foundation), or damage what there is inside the radius, while PvP is still allowed

(ex: If I'm an attacker I can just walk where is accessible, I can't damage things and I can't take anything is not accessible but I still can damage players in the zone or steal if something is accessible to me). In few world nothing can be damaged in that zone except by the cupboard owner, also if rocket are shoot outside the cupboard zone targeting the cupboard zone no damage are applied.
