Crude oil to low grade in furnaces fixed?

Did the latest Rust update fix the crude oil to low grade fuel in the furnace? I was able to turn the crude oil into low grade in the furnace but now I am no longer able too.

 

AFAIK you could never smelt crude oil in a furnace, nor could you smelt lowgrade. You could always smelt it into low grade using an oil refinery.

 

I was able to for the longest time on my server and other modded servers.

 

Never could on vanilla.

 

REVit 81 are you using any plugin that modifies furnaces?
