CreateFile Failed With The 32

I need help fixing my game everytime I play for a hour my game crashes and when I try to launch it I get a error that says "create file failed with the 32" Ive tried everything deleting anti cheat verifying etc, Ive looked everywhere looking for a fix if anybody could help me that would be great.
