Reign of Kings Crafting controller

Hi,
We are running a Reign of Kings server and we are trying something new whereby we have a simple economy and community. People have their set jobs in a community with miners, stone cutters, lumberjack and tailors so on. The resources are sold to a market and redistributed thereby giving value to players. We wish to further this already appreciated idea and we are searching for a plugin that will allow us to limit players crafting abilities. We wish to allow only admins to be able to craft all the items. If anyone knows of an existing pluggin, please let us know.
