Rust Craft time leveling system

Hey I'd like to be able to play with a plugin that affects craft time in proportion to time on the server

So maybe like

New Spawn- spear 2 minutes

2 hours later - Spear 1 minute 50

or craft 50 spears time to craft = 1 min 40
