Solved Couldn't load X.sav - file doesn't exist

title says it all, i tried to start a modded server and this happened

 

what should i do

 

it wont create a file and how do i save?

so this happened now

Couldn't create server on port 28015 (Startup Error)
Couldn't Start Server.
These are the only errors now.

 

No errors, but this???

 

Whats a level set? Cant find it anywhere.

 

I dont have startup.bat i have run_DS which runs the non modded and i have rust dedicated which runs modded

 

Where is this startup.bat located?

'RustDedicated.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
