Could not load file or assembly 'protobuf-net'

I am seeing this error on startup after today's update. Server hangs currently and will not go any further. If oxide is removed it will continue but every time oxide is installed it hangs. Any idea on what this means or how to resolve?

I am sorry for not responding to this. It appears NFO had a corrupted install of the oxide update. But to answer your question no we do not run Rust:IO. Sorry for the delay and thank you for your response you do a great job!
