Copying/restoring buildings?

Hi all, quick question for you all but first my scenario....

I have been building a PVP arena within the game for certain events, and I have backed up (local backups) of all hurtworld files.

After today's wipe and re-install, I am wondering if it is possible to restore the world files to a freshly wiped server? Is this possible, if so, how (what are the files called, and where to copy from/to etc)....

I have tried to do this a few times manually, but receiving hundreds of errors on the console at "Requesting spawn"....

Hope there can be an answer...if not, it's not the end of the world
