    Is possible to make this plugin work only with players that "Disconnect" from the server, and not with the "Timed Out" users?

    Sure. Problem was that when player login, he will be added to "cooldown list". But i can make it, that only players who Disconnect goes to the "cooldown list".

    EDIT: Actually that is how its already done. I dont know is there universal hook for timed out.
