Solved Command "restart" cooldown

How can I shorten his cooldown?please again

 

Have you tried "restart x" x == number.

 

In the server.cfg there is some way. If I find it I will post it.

 

So I want it to 5 seconds restart should
+server.restart "5" Is that right?(start.bat)

 

What I do is simply type the command "global.restart 5" this will restart the server in 5 seconds.
For example TimedExecute instead of restart you can put "restart 5" and it will restart in 5seconds.

"Global.restart 5" this can set it in the .bat it? or can only be changed through the Plugins he's countdown in seconds?
