Solved Command for kicking high ping players?

Anyone know where i can find this or set it up ?
been trying to search through the forums but no luck at all unless its under a different name it keeps sending me to a rcon tool that doesnt have high ping kick feature

 

appreciate the help but thats the afk only i just need a way to set high ping users to be auto kicked. i dont mind with afkers just anything above 150ms should be kicked keeping gaming experience for players to an avarage level. ive seen other servers do this as well just dont knowhow they did it.
