Rust Choose the type of building block: wood, stone or metal

I need a plugin that would allow, player or admin, to choose building blocks parts wood, stone or metal, directly... Example, if I need a stone building, when placing the blocks, they are already stone, no twigs.

There is a way to do this, you can use the build plugin, however I think it may need updating as when I use it to place building parts, I need to heal them to bring them to full health, kind of defeats the purpose as this takes longer than building in the standard tradition.
