Hello everyone,
I've been talking back and forth to my host @Streamline Servers - I know it's shared hosting but they're pretty good.
And for 60-70 players my CPU usage has been very high (or so I think) so I'm trying to cover all my bases, running a Rust server is a huge learning experience for me. Sometimes, I can't tell if the lag is Rust related, Plugin related or Host related. So I guess my main question is this, if any admins out there would enlighten me... When your server is experiencing high resource usage what's the first thing you check? How can I find out what is causing all of this?
In advanced, thanks!
Check plugin usage?

There's no easy, reliable way to check plugin memory usage, as it's really hard to differentiate it and the server itself. Whenever you are experiencing issues, the first thing to do is take away variables, as in remove plugins, test unmodded, etc.

Alright, I'll start with that thanks.
I just hope it's a decent test because I don't notice the climb in resources until we reach a higher number in active connections, I don't know how I could re-create that locally.
