Cheap server host for around 30 players?

Ideas about ste where i can set less than 50 players and i look for something cheap.
Help appreciated.

Tnx, but i am form bulgaria and our community is good enought with 20-30 sloths, i am dedicated host but if there is electricity problems, or other connection problems and thats bad. Decided to use cheap 8$ scalacube.com and wil never use it! Can change hostname and description. Added server seed and size and in the field where you can add 1 owner ID and it wasnt working properly. Then had ot instal oxide and ruin vanilla in order to use plugin that type everytime on server start commands like server.logo, server.url and simmilar because no way to add custom options to start. Also was unable to change RCON default password and other stuff. Just turned it into creative server until expire and next time will watch carefly before buy. Ideas about specs for rust server. My dedicated one is i5-4460 3.2ghz 16 RAM and no SSD for now. with 24 players were still OK but who knows?
