Solved Chat without entering the game?

    I own um server But I do not want any game LOGIN / Server To communicate with THE TALK Another Jocks but do not use CMD How and What I command ?

    Please, consider using English.

    Hurtworld doesn't have any RCON or similar tool yet, so you'd need to be able to access the server console with Oxide, use the Livemap extension, or be in-game.
