1. I installed Oxide on my newest Rust server today and am excited to play in a creative free roam. However, besides /noclip, no other "/" commands work. I tried /heal, /god, /kill, /give, and /airdrop - nothing but "Unknown command". I have no clue what's the issue.

Unless you installed plugins for those commands, they won't exist.

  3. So every command has a separate designated file? Can I get basic ones in bulk or do I have to search for them individually?

Plugins are what provide those sort of commands, so you'd need to install plugins that provide the functionality for those.

  5. Yeah, but, according to this article, the commands should currently be in the server.

That isn't Oxide nor Rust, that's a different mod.

  7. Does it matter? Oxide or not, is it not the base game commands?

Those are NOT something that is in the game itself, those are NOT base commands, they are commands from a MOD.

  9. Bloody hell, no need to be so rash. 'Tis not like I knew that. Nevertheless, even commands of plugins that are of Oxide, the server doesn't seem to respond. For example, the /airdrop command from Easy Air Drop for Rust doesn't seem to comply.

Not being rash, I've given you the answer 3 times now which is why the last response had key points emphasized. If you're having an issue with a particular plugin, please use its support thread along with providing details such as logs, versions, etc. You'd want to make sure that Oxide is actually installed first as well and check your oxide/logs for errors.
