Chat text scrolling stopped working

Has the scroll functionality of the in-game text chat stopped working for anyone else after the build update?

 

Yes it seems it has.

 

Developers are goats))) They are making more and more stupid bugs and don't solve an old)) but they are improved quality of the hair around the character's NUTZ))) Nice job guys)))

 

any one know how to scroll up now since all the new updates?

 

Its a Rust issue and needs to be fixed by Rust, not Oxide.
