Chat logs erasing after every server restart?

I have my server set to restart every morning at 5AM local time. I noticed all of a sudden though, my chat logs erase every time the restart occurs.

Is this normal now? If not, any idea on how I can keep my chat logs after a restart?

Add param "-keeplogs" in your server run batch file
