Fixed Chat logging not working

    After R19 update we got issue: chat logging works some strange.
    Does someone have this problem?

    Yeah. Both me and @LegoMyAss noticed this issue.

    I pushed a fix for this to the repository. Now waiting for @Wulf to accept it and make it publicly available.

    Yeah same issue. And the out of character plugin has a bug as well. You now have to type /ooc before each sentence you want to say rather than before you did /ooc and it kept you in out-of-character until you typed it again
