Chat commands not working

None of my chat commands in server are working, just claims its an unknown command..?

 

Ensure that Oxide is installed and all plugins have been fully compiled and are loaded. There shouldn't be really any other reason for chat commands not to work.

 

Oxide was installed and everything was updated and nothing will work in chat for me, /help /tpr nothing

 

After each server update oxide needs reinstalled so stop server and reinstall it

 

I have but i will re-install again.

Same as before, nothing will work i always try /help and its an unknown command

 

Do you have the plugin HelpText for that? Is it fully compiled? Try oxide.reload HelpText

 

When im ingame and try /help its still an unknown command and ive tried oxide.version in console and it claims its installed.
