Solved Chat broadcasts

Hello, is there a plugins that shows text in the chat area. and for it to loop for every X seconds. help?

 

Could you elaborate, I am potentially interested.

 

There was a plugin on oxide at a time but could set up to write a chat message in the chat but info about comando such as you can use / remove to move things and other info to player and I mean that it's called Notifications
