Changing name color and prefix?

Hello,

I come speak with you today for try find a soluce or just doing born an idea in my head.

So, for my server, I don't want put admin permissions (for don't abuse fly or give for exemple), but I would like colored the name of my moderator for they look like moderator for others player.

How I can doing that without plugins?

or

Do you have a name of plugin for doing that?

or

Have you an idea for create a plugin : I think maybe juste create a basic plugin which see the chat and if the name is "Bibi" so the plugins change the name by : [ADMIN]Bibi with an orange color.

-> This idea tell an other question : a plugin execute's by a command "/something", but do I create a plugin witch wakes up when people write ?

U cant make it in vanilla but if will mod your server. use Better Chat | Oxide

 

Thank you. I will see this plugin this evening and I will come back for close the thread if I'm happy.

 

That will make it modded though, he may just have to change his name so there's an admin prefix, rustralasia's admins do that.
