Rust Changing items lvl and adding m249

I havent see any related post about when creating it .

Is there any plugin to change items lvl and add m249 at max lvl or so??

i saw it on other servers.

I think thats imposible since lvls are hardcoded in rust, I mean the item reveal lvls, but maybe I am completly wrong

 

If possible upon trying to unlock a blueprint you can deny it if he does not have a custom amount of levels specified in the config.

 

Wow lol, so how some servers have m249 as max lvl item? :S is it a private plugin? or just facepunch servers? xD
