Solved Change SERVER image in the chat?

Hey, I have do a search but don't find.
I want to change the default image (rust logo) to my own server logo when we talk in the chat with the "say" command on console, idk if you know what I want to say?
This logo appear on another plugins commands too, like on my screen, from Quests plugin.
I'm using better say command, this plugin is perfect, but we can't change the "avatar" logo, there a plugin for that? or a server config?

I know it's SteamID based, that fine for me I have an avatar account, but how put it by default?

this plugin, when it's enable allow you to set logo using steamid

Thanks Wulf, so with LaserHydra's plugin "BetterSayCommand", I just replaced line 66 by "rust.BroadcastChat(output, null, "76561197969617454");" and that works perfectly!
LaserHydra should do a config file for replace the avatar easier
