Certain parts of the map cause players to bug

Certain parts of the map are to "bug" when a person builds something on top of that place or remove, do anything on this right place, the game totally goes into "bug", not to pick up items, say something in chat, not to accept commands, not to move the inventory or anything.

How to check this?
When one goes through the site, or puts / takes in this place, it is in bug completely.
