Cars lagging the server

Hi, I have a question for all you servers lag cars ? If you do not understand me then
i try explain when you go you stop and then you go back to the same speed and so you often interrupts . Maybe someone knows how to get rid of it?

Don't spawn roach builder, instead type "spawn roach" Into console. Also cars lag when driving on every server it's a common problem.
