Solved Can't start server on port (duplicate server)

As title says. I keep getting this: http://prntscr.com/7dqp2p problem, and have no idea why...

I've tried port forwarding : http://prntscr.com/7dqp78
And it did nothing. Any ideas?

 

Check your processes either 1) its already open or 2) something else is using that port
