Can't spawn items with F1 (not set as owner)

Hello,
I have a problem with my rust server: I can not spawn myself items in game, I set my self as owner.
Do I need a plugin for that?

First go to the cfg folder open the users file with notepad++ check the steamid64 is yours and tell me does it say ownerid before the steamid or something else

 

In my Rust folder I have: appcache-Bundles-config-logs-oxide-RustDedicated_Data-server-steamapps-userdata-
If I go there in the config I only have one file: config.vdf

 

ownerid steamid64 "player name" "admin"

That is not the folder I told you to look in go into the server folder and next time try putting each folder name in a new line it make for easy reading

 

go into your "server" folder, then <server name>, then cfg, and look for users.cfg

 

i can't find that file in my entire server..

 

show whats inside the server folder and then whats inside that folder

I have one more question: is possibile to remove the server chat when I give myself something?
