Solved Cant seem to get Oxide working after update

I really need help so basically i made my server back up and everything is good right then the new componite update comes out so when people tried to join my server it said please update server so what i did is shut down the cmd for my server and went into the steamcmd that i installed for my server and typed login anonymous and then app_update 258550 it updated and i started my server back up people joined and NONE of the commands worked i was still owner but non of the commands worked and the server cmd looked different how do i properly update my rust server without deleting the admins and me being the owner and having the plugins still work please help i basically just restarded and did EVERYthing over again and made a new server and i dont want to have to make a new server everytime a update comes out can someone tell me exactly what to do? how do i update my modded rust server someone give me step by step directions cause i watched videos and i did what they said and still the plugins didnt work i couldnt add or remove plugins and it was all screwed please help

 

no i have oxide installed and i was just using kit commands and a bunch of other commands but as soon as the update came out and i updated the server plugins didnt work can you tell me how to update my oxide rust server properly?
