Can't see rain or fog

Hi guys, I didn't see any rain or fog on my server... Just sun like in summer. Is here any fix?

 

To console :
rain automatics
fog automatics
But it is automatic in default.

 

Only those set them correct back to automatic, if they where changed before to static values:

It's not really helpful to tell people not existing commands.
