Solved Can't research explosives

Hi, on my server i cannot research explosives, neither can any other player. Explosive Charges however can be researched.

I deleted all my plugins and still no research being able to be done

any help here guys? My server is brand new. Thanks!

 

Duno, that isn't oxide problem...

To research Explsoives - u need all from the list and METAL FRAGMNETS (this can be found under RESEARCH button).
