Solved Can't place pump jacks

Cant seem to put pump jacks down any more I removed all plugins to see if one was stopping it but still nothing still cant place them

 

have you used a survey charge to place the pump jack on it?

Resistance, how did you fix it? I keep getting the error assets, but I don't know if the Rust devs fixed it yet.

 

Try on the beach areas when you place a charge it will bring up oil then you can place it
