Solved Can't open inventory or use chat

As the subject says. I can't use chat or open my inventory in my own server. No one can!

Global chat is on.

How to fix this?

I have fixed it by deleting rust from my laptop and renown load it.

The problem was that if I pushed tab or enter, no chat or inventory came up. I have advised players to do the same and it worked.
