Solved Can't make myself as admin

So I have put addadmin SteamID into the autexec.cfg file but when I get on the server I cannot use /tp, than I did /grant user Fr0zoR teleportation.admin and it did absolutely nothing, still cannot TP.

 

Thank You for the reply but I have fixed it already, for some reason I really don't know why I put my SteamID in the autoexec.cfg file, and you needed to put your SteamID64 in there, I haven't hosted a server for this game before that's why I'm such a noob, but I will learn along the way.
[DOUBLEPOST=1451406609][/DOUBLEPOST]Now I got a different problem which won't let me type in command's such as /kit and I do have plugin kits, or /group add, it comes up on my screen as I wrote it, it doesn't say the command was wrong but it just send's it out in chat for everyone to see and doesn't do anything, if I throw something out of my inventory than restart the server and reconnect it's back in my inventory...
