Not an Issue Can't load server

    iv have made a server before but never got a error could you guys take a look and give me some help

    First thats for the reply i have the dll file and i have instilled C++ anymore ideas

    Those are the only reasons why you'd get that error. 99% of the time the issue lies with missing Visual C++ 2012 x64.
