Can't join my server

I have setup my server on my own computer. And my config is working just when i try joining it, it just doesnt work. I have my server ip on 0.0.0.0 at the moment and the logs are fine. While i put localhost or nothing in the server ip it says "Couldnt create server (startup error)" Like my ip's don't w0rk

 

You have type in your private ip > server.ip PRIVATE_IP

 

Well, I had his problem and I did the steps mentioned, it fixed it for me

 

It doesnt work like i type client.connect in game and its connecting but doesnt work.

Also i have tried any ip that works with my machine doesnt work.

 

What I did to fix it was > open cmd and type ipconfig, copy the ip it shows to you. Paste the ip in server.ip and ports should be 28015 - 28016. Hope this work for you too, if not, I tried

Yeah i have tried my ipv4 but like i can't connect with the same ip ingame.

 

You should by typing > client.connect yourip:28015

You should be putting 0.0.0.0 for server ip and rcon ip as this will cover all ips then to login to game connect 127.0.0.1:28015

 

Also i have another problem if you know something about this problem tell me. When i look in logs on startup it says "Scene 'Procedural' couldn't be loaded because it has not been added to the build settings or the AssetBundle has not been loaded. To add a scene to the build settings use the menu File Build settings"
