Solved Can't install Oxide plugins (Oxide not installed)

Ok well when I put plugins inside Oxide>plugins , I restart the server and I do not have the plugin, the two addons I put in are NTeleportation.cs and DeathNotes.cs , I try doing /tp and it doesnt work, I have myself as admin so keep that in mind, I can noclip etc but some reason it wont work, any clues?

I use the host gameservers and I have the mod 'oxide 2.0'

I thought I did? I went to download it from gameservers and it also says 'oxide' in the server file

You need to stop the server first

 

There is no uninstall button, what I meant with uninstall was deleting the oxide thing in the server file, thats it. Also gameservers updates oxide everytime. I just got this server an hour ago or 2

 

I was with gameservers before follow this for updating and you won't have any more problems
Stop the server
Go to the mod tab install the latest rust update
After it has done that then click on stop again as it will auto restart the server
Then go to the mod tab again install oxide
Once done, restart the server

 

Ok my bad, that was my other server's console, lmao, sorry, I have RUSTY On right now and it says this:

No connection
Either the server you are connecting to is down or your server details are incorrect please double check.
If your details are correct your server host may use a different query port please check any information they gave you and enter it into the settings.
If you are running your own server try adding +rcon.ip 0.0.0.0 to your launch script
PLEASE NOTE THAT RUST LOCKS ALL RCON ATTEMPTS FOR A SHORT WHILE AFTER A FAILED LOGIN.

And when I connect manually its fine. The reason why I saw my other server's console is because it doesnt require RUSTY , but it doesnt connect automatically , whys that? Anyways, I think its actually installed though
